Chris of ArabiaThe driver for change will most often come from those who are new to a scene (whatever that may be). They see so much faster those things that those who have grown with a particular development path will see. It is too easy for those who have seen incremental growth, to dismiss the newcomer as 'not really knowing what they are on about. That is unliekyl to be the way forward

Definitely! You can always learn from a fresh look at things but the more you're involved, the less you're able to have a fresh look yourself. I guess that's another variation of the curse of knowledge.
